Manufacturing -

All bespoke furniture is manufactured on our premises in Oswestry in a purpose built work shop, using up to date computer aided machinery, along with traditional carpentry skills.

We use only the best quality materials and components for our bespoke furniture in Oswestry.

• Egger boards are delivered and cut to size on the saw.
• The component pieces are placed on the edge banding machine to produce a robust edge.
• The boring machine is next to create the holes for doweling.
• Hinge and shelf peg holes are then drilled by hand
• Backs of cabinets are pocket holed drilled or grooved for wall cabinets.
• Up to 40 beech dowells per cabinet are glued, hinges, hanging brackets and shelf pegs are inserted.
• Cabinets are assembled and clamped firmly to ensure a study piece of furniture.
• Adjustable legs are fixed.
• Last but not least the doors are hung.

The Divine Dezine Planing and Design Process -

The process follows the same steps whatever the rooms use or furniture type.

• A site survey is done or we can use your measurments if prefered.
• The room is measured with a Laser , and details of styles,layout and finishes are discussed.
• The wall measurements are typed into the CAD system and we plan the design with style and functionality in mind.
• A detailed plan is completed and line and full colour 3D pictures are produced from different angles so you will recognise their room.

Installation Services in Oswestry

Should you wish Divine Dezine Ltd to install your fitted furniture we will project manage the installation from start to finish, taking all the organising away from the customer.

We can do as much or as little of the installation as you choose.

We will organise the electrics, plumbing, gas,tiling, plastering, removal and disposal of the existing furniture.

Small building jobs can also be undertaken.
